By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Process time

The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days.

 

Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location (1-10 weekdays). All physical items are sent from Belgium (Europe) via Bpost or DHL Express depending on your location. Art by Vaula is not responsible for delays, loss, or any other third-party problems related to shipping.

 

Taxes and customs

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including taxes, customs). Please check your country's customs taxes and rules prior to placing your order.

Cancelations

You can request a cancelation before your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after it's shipped.

 

Return policy

Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 14 days of receiving. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be issued once the items arrived safely. The delivery fees are not reimbursable. Please contact me to receive instructions.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Wrong item received

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package if it is damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item.
