Cancelations

You can request a cancelation before your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after it's shipped.

 

Return policy

Items can be exchanged, returned, or refunded within 30 days of receiving. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility. The refund will be issued once the items arrived safely. The delivery fees are not reimbursable. Please contact me to receive instructions.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Wrong or damaged item received

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package if it is damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item.
